Girls Volleyball Gets Top Seed in District with Eustis Win

Bishop Moore defeated Eustis 25-3, 25-10, 25-21 to clinch top seed in district. Lauren D. tallied 6 kills and 2 digs. Alie D. added 4 aces, 2 kills and 8 digs to the Hornet win. The Lady Hornets will co-host with Winter Park the Swing for a Cure tournament held at the Orlando Sports Center.

Boys Golf Finishes Regular Season with Win Over Fr Lopez

Bishop Moore finished the regular season with a 156-172 win over Father Lopez.  The Hornets were led by Ignacio A’s 38.  The team finished the regular season with a dual match record of 10-2. The district tournament begins Monday at Dubsdread.

Bishop Moore Boy’s Golf Continues Winning Ways

The Hornets continued their strong play by defeating Lake Mary Prep 148-151 at Dubsdread.  The Hornets were led by Ignacio A.’s 4 under 31 and Matthew L.’s 1 under 34. Ignacio’s 31 is believed to be the lowest competitive round at Bishop Moore.

Bishop Moore Hosts Catholic Invitational Swim Meet

Bishop Moore hosted the Catholic Invitational at the Lake highland Pool. Catholic schools from around the state came to town for the 25th annual swim meet. The boys finished 4th and the girls took 3rd place.

Lady Hornets Fall in 5 to Boone

Bishop Moore traveled to Boone for a Friday night match and the hosts defeated the Hornets in 5 games 25-19, 17-25, 25-18, 16-25, 15-12. Shannon C.finished with 16 kills for Bishop Moore (13-3).

Hornets Beat South Lake for District Win 34-7
