Girls 2021 Lacrosse Tryouts: January 25-27 (time and field TBD)

All players must be cleared through the online athletic clearance system prior to tryouts. Please do not wait until the last minute. Follow this link to the Athletic Clearance directions.

 

Equipment required:

  • Lacrosse stick (girls, not boys)
  • Cleats (Under Armour). Players are not required to also have turf shoes, however, orthopedic surgeons generally recommend turf shoes on turf over cleats. It lessens the chance of knee injuries (but of course does not prevent them!). The decision on those is up to you, but they must be Under Armour.
  • Headgear – Cascade LX18 (Black) (headgear must say “SEI Certified ASTM3137-15 & ASTM F3077-2017”)
  • Fitted Mouthguard – it cannot be clear or white
  • RECOMMENDED: Protective eyewear. Headgear is required for games but eyewear is sometimes permitted by the coaches at practices.

SPRING SPORTS TRYOUTS BE SURE TO REGISTER YOUR ATHLETE —  Click Here BEFORE your child attends tryouts/practice. The EL2 physical must be uploaded, and the EL3 consent forms must be signed electronically on athletic clearance. If your student is a transfer student (entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade from another high school), you will be prompted to upload the GA-4 form. Transfers BE SURE official transcript is on file
